YAY we had our first visitors! Russell's parents drove our second car down last week {thanks again}and stayed to play for a few days. We had SO much fun with them!
We took a tour of the dental school and checked out campus a little bit. Meet Tommy Trojan!
The Los Angeles Temple! The temple is closed for cleaning right now but we still wanted to see it and go to the new visitors center, which was amazing!

This was Russell's Dad's first major league baseball game! What a great experience. I think I could be a Dodger fan. Are they any good though?
DISNEYLAND. We are now season pass holders! In fact we're going tomorrow when Russell comes home from school....can't wait. This is us waiting for/on Splash Mountain! Note: Russell's dad is totally ducking and out of sight!!!! And since when does no one put their hands in the air???
Space Mountain. So nice, we did it twice.
Buzz lightyear was also a new addition. The occasional nap was attempted in "It's a Small World." And a queasy stomach on Tea Cups!
We took a trip down memory lane the next day...Russell's mom grew up in Woodland Hills, CA and we went to see her old house. Long story short-we knocked on the door, the man invited us in and toured us around the place! We also stopped at Jack in the Box, where Russell's mom used to work!
And of course we had to go to the beach. This is Malibu pier. It was fun but we like the beach by our house better-maybe we're just biased.

K, I know I'm commenting a TON but you're the only one updating their blog and I'm bored out of my mine! Just a side note- That Ruby's at Malibu is TERRIBLE! They have a huge fly infestation! We went after Brandon installed their signs and menu and it was awful. Be warned!
