HAPPY MOTHERS DAY! We couldn't be with my mom today so I thought I'd update the blog so she can see what we've been up to lately. Well, summer has kept us busier than I thought! With us both working full time we squeeze all our fun in as soon as we get home. We've been playing tennis almost everyday and we're both on intramural teams right now (Russell: softball, Me: soccer) Both our teams are good so it should be a fun season. Here are some pics from our latest adventures...
Troy & Sarah's Wedding
We were so lucky to spend this special day with Troy and Sarah! Russell and Troy grew up together and I'll never forget the first time I met Sarah. We were going to St. George and Vegas with them and the Stewarts (except none of us were married or even engaged at the time). We thought it would be best to take Kim's parents van so we could save gas and go in one car. Well, Sarah said there was no way she was going to ride in a van! Kim and I couldn't believe it and thought we were in for an interesting weekend. When the 4 of us go there we met Sarah and she was nothing at all to what we had pictured! To top it all off, when in Vegas Kim and I were getting hit on by this weirdo and Russell and Brad could see us and they just laughed! We kept giving them the look to come save us but they just laughed harder! But Sarah came to our rescue and sent that boy running! Needless to say...we love Sarah and Troy and are so glad they've joined the married club!

My latest find at Tai Pan! When I was shopping I text Russell and told him "You have to have a house to shop here!" I love everything in the store but it just wont all work in a lil apartment. But I did find these great soup bowls! I've done our kitchen and dining room in greens and yellows so these were perfect!
And lastly, this is my new swim suit! After much debate I had decided I was going to get the light blue suit (from earlier post). But when I went to order it, they didn't have my size anymore! I was devastated until I found this one here!
Well, that's the latest in our lives! We are on our way to Russell's parents for the rest of the day! Hope everyones having a great Mother's Day...LOVE YOU MOM!
